Employee engagement is how much passion employees have for their jobs, how committed they are to the organization, and how much extra effort they are willing to put into their work.

A recent Gallup polls shows that 70% of U.S. employees are not engaged at work. Employee engagement is not just a term we throw around. It is extremely important. It means that employees are giving their best effort each day and are committed to their company's goals and values.

This survey is a tool to open communication between Vibra and its employees. In order to make this hospital really rock, we need to know what works and what doesn't from every angle. So, what's your angle? What would it take for you to be able to say that this job is your dream job? We are not just talking about a pay increases or better benefits, it's bigger than that. IT'S ABOUT YOU! You make Vibra work everyday, and we want to make Vibra work for you. Let's get excited about coming to work! Let's talk about the issues and get them out in the open. Let's get to know each other. Really! Everyday, not just once a year during your annual review. That great idea you had back in April, just can't wait until January!

PRN employees are also welcome and encouraged to take the survey.
