Kyle Chalmers won his first gold medal in Rio in the 100m freestyle and also won two bronze medals in 4x100m freestyle and 100m medley. He won those medals to represent Australia.

Kyle Chalmers has inspired so many Australians with his ability to keep pushing himself in a race, he is known for starting off slowly then powering through towards the end of the race, this is how he won both of his Olympic medals

Kyle Chalmers trains 5 days a week in the local aquatic centre pool and spends hours upon hours there per day, he spends most of that time swimming laps and working on his form.
