Place: I was lucky enough to be in the Sawtooth Mountains next to Baker Creek. I spent the morning with my co workers some of your other teachers and your principal Mr. Peters.

Movement: To make sure I was viewing the eclipse in totality and not contributing to terrible traffic on the day of the eclipse I took the teacher bus from the Middle school north to Baker Creek. To make sure we were not stuck in traffic we had to get to the school at 7:00 am.

Human Environmental Interaction: I took the bus north of Ketchum to be in the center of the path of totality. The path of totality was 70 mile wide starting at Gimlet and ending just past Lower Stanley to get there we drove on Highway 75 a great example of humans changing their environment to serve our needs.

Region: The definition of region is an area that has one or more human or physical feature in common. If you were in the Wood River Valley somewhere between Gimlet and Stanley you were in the path of Totality. This 60-mile path across the untied state could be considered a region of totality.

Totality of the eclipse in Idaho lasted from 1min to 2mins depending on your proximity to the center of it's path.
