ARCHITECTURE

Siose Bridge:

The Siose bridge was built in Isfahan from 1599-1602. It was constructed under the supervision of Allahverdi Khan Undiladze, who was of Georgian origin. The Siose bridge is a bridge. It is a popular recreational gathering place.

Registan

The Registan is located in the center of Samarkand.It was built in 1417 for hearing royal proclamations. It is a public square for people. People used it to hear royal proclamations.

ART

Vegetal

Also known as Arabesque. Vegetal is a form of artistic decoration consisting of a surface.

Figural Representation:

Is religious Islamic art. The concern with this type of Islamic art is that the artist should not try to “play god” by creating pictures of the world.

CALLIGRAPHY

Islamic calligraphy is the artistic practice of handwriting and calligraphy, based upon the alphabet in the lands, sharing a common Islamic cultural heritage.

TECHNOLOGY:

  • Flying Machine-Abbas ibn Firnas created it near Cordoba.
  • University- A young princess, named Fatima al-Firh, founded it in in Fez, Morocco.
  • Surgery- was created by a celebrated doctor named Al Zahrawi in the Muslim world

THE MUSLIM WORLD HAS CHANGE A LOT REGARDING THE ARCHITECTURE, ART, AND INVENTIONS BECAUSE THE INVENTIONS THAT THEY CREATED ARE USED IN EVERYDAY LIFE. THE ARCHITECTURE HAS A PURPOSE. LASTLY, THE ART THAT THEY MAKE IS WHAT MAKES THE MUSLIM WORLD UNIQUE.
