These were a trend in the '90s. Guys would wear these even when they didn't participate in athletic events.
Laced-up Sandals:
These were popular in the 70s. They're starting to come back into trend now though. Women would wear these with skirts.
Windbreakers
Anyone can wear these. Personally, I'd like to see these again. The store PINK brought these back. Popular in the '90s.
