PYP Teacher Connect provides an informal platform for educators to collaborate with practitioners across the world.

Educators wishing to enhance their understanding in specific areas have the opportunity to connect with programme experts for strategic advice, support or ideas that have been successfully implemented.

The platform faciltiates a meeting point between teachers and experts, encouraging further interaction within the IB community, collective school improvement and informal professional learning.

Experts who nominate under categories do so on a volunteer basis and are not specifically endorsed by the International Baccalaureate. Once connected, communication between teachers and experts is at the discretion of those using the platform and may take many forms including a call, skype, email or social media chat.

Please repect that experts may not respond to all requests. They are busy educators also. Your appointed relationship manager is available for ongoing support.

Examples of what may happen in this space include:

* Discusions via email, skype, phone, social media
* Questions regarding practice, resources, connections
* Sharing practice, ideas, strategies that have worked
* Group meetings
* Meetings between teams
* Cross network conversations
* Leadership conections
* Specific webinars/podcasts and resourses shared
* etc
