Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called children of God

• This beatitude explains that the peaceful people are God’s children

Blessed are they who are persecuted for the sake of righteousness, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

• This beatitude says that the people who are persecuted because of believing in God, will go to heaven. Stand up for God’s laws, even if you’re being insulted.
