That picture has to do with Newtons 1st law of motion is because the mass is at rest and the force has acted upon it and that leads it to be moving🐵
That picture explains 2nd law by that there is less mass pushing the car and the car has a lot more mass so it makes it harder to push/move
That picture explains 3rd law by the fire pushing down on the ground and the rocket is going upward
