THE AUHTOR’S PURPOSE IS TO EXPLAIN/DESCRIBE
because the author doesn’t want to entertain us by informing us about brain reading tech, and what would the author persuade us to?

This is newsworthy because it is a medical breakthrough. This will be a huge innovation because paralyzed people will be able to be cured faster if they can communicate.

I chose this article Because I thought that mind reading tech was gonna come in the future, so when I saw it, I wanted to learn more. As well as I am a science nerd, and wanted to learn how it worked.

I think this goes into the economic lens, because it would cost family’s a lot of money to cure their paralyzed family member, and now, it will cost a lot less, because the patient is able to communicate, so it will be easier to cure them
