Overall in this class I have learned a lot that can and already has been helpful towards my life. I've definitely gained he most from time and stress management; it has made my life a lot easier. The least I learned from was goal setting/wants/needs because most of that was pretty basic and common stuff. This class has taught me how I can improve myself and others around me. I've learned new things that affect my everyday life in a positive way, and it all will help me achieve a better future.
