The Seattle Seahawks are an American football team in the national football league also known as the NFL based in Seattle, Washington. They are currently members of the western division of the National Football Conference and joined the NFL in 1976 as an expansion team along with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

CenturyLink field is definitely a very nice field. Seating 67,000 people and with a view of the Seattle skyline is just as good as you could get. Hosting both Soccer( The Seattle Sounders) and Football (The Seattle Seahawks) it is definitely a nice and well rounded turf field. Originally it was called the Seahawks Stadium but the Sounders used it as well, so they changed it to Qwest field. On June, 2011 CenturyLink bought the field from Qwest, and thats how the field got it’s name. The one thing that really makes CenturyLink so famous is because of the fried chicken. CenturyLink holds the record for the loudest stadium in the world. If you ever want to go to a loud stadium with a good soccer team and a good football team, you now know where to go.

The years they have been to the playoffs are 1983, 1984, 1987, 1988, 1999, 2003 through 2007, and 2012. Seattle Seahawks are the only NFL Team to switch conferences twice in the post merger-era. The franchise began 1976 in the NFC West division but switched conferences with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers after one season and joined the AFC West.

The Seattle Seahawks have been playing on CenturyLink field for two years now. They used to play on Quest field, but CenturyLink bought it, but it is still the same field. The Seattle Seahawks are a great football team that you guys should watch them sometime in the future.
