THE INDUS VALLEY👳

The Indus Valley civilization was the first superior urban culture in South Asia. Some archaeologists refer to it as "Mature Harappan", because it took place during the mature period of 2600-1900 BCE.
The Indus Valley is mainly known because of its large, well-planned cities. It was located in the western region of the Indian Subcontinent.

LANGUAGE 📜💬

The language for the Indus Valley civilization is in the form of some two thousand inscribed seals in legible condition. The average number of symbols on the seals is five, and the longest is twenty-six.

🍵 Food 🍵
The people of the Indus Valley civilization grew lentils, chickpeas, peas, black gram, and green gram, but mainly wheat and barely. The wheat and barley would be made into bread, and sometimes, porridge when made with water. They fed local wild rice to their animals, as well. They also used copper and bronze plates to eat off of.
