All are equal in the sense that each is best suited to the communication needs of its speakers.

not all are equal in prestige.

Hence, it is important to follow a STANDARD.

The standard advocates consistent spelling and punctuation system; it uses formal language.

STANDARD ENGLISH

It is "the conventional vocabulary and usage of educated speakers and writers of English."

In summary, you are free to use your own variety of English in everyday speech.

Ethnicity refers to cultural factors, including nationality, regional culture, ancestry, and language.

Racism is a form of discrimination against a person or persons of a different race.
