THE BIRTH OF ATHENA

• Zeus swallowed Athena's pregnant mother and Athena was born full grown, and fully clothed in armor from Zeus' forehead.

• She competed with Poseidon for the domination of Athens and won.
• She also competed with Hera and Aphrodite for the prize of the golden apple.

ERICHTHONIOUS

• Athena went to Hephaestus' workshop for some weapons, there, he tried to seduce Athena, this angered her. Liquid spilled onto her leg, disgusted, she wiped it off and threw it on the ground, and BAM! Erichthonius. So basically he is her adopted son.
