WHAT IS THE PATENT NUMBER AND LEGAL DESCRIPTION?

WHO INVENTED CORNFLAKES? WHEN?
-Dr. John Kellogg and W.K Kellogg invented cornflakes in 1894.

INTERESTING STORY?
-Cornflakes were accidentally discovered when the Kellogg brothers left some berry wheat out on the table before leaving.

When they came back, the wheat had dried into a stale piece. They still forced the wheat into the roller but it came out in little flakes. They immediately began to try this with other things including corn which is what led to cornflakes. This was served to all the patients in the hospital as a healthy meal.

IS YOUR INVENTION STILL USED TODAY? HOW AND WHERE? WHO SELLS IT?
-Cornflakes are still eaten today all around the world. Most grocery stores sell it and different brands also make cornflakes.

WHAT IS (or was) THE ECONOMIC IMPACT OF THE INVENTION?
-Cornflakes are eaten everywhere and most people still buy them. Cornflakes and other kellogg cereals make so much money before and now.
