We are a community specifically dedicated to acquiring these skills. YOU are important and so is what you think-- we want to learn the most effective ways for communicating your ideas.

  • Read and analyze your own writing and the writing of others.
  • Write effective, organized essays.
  • Learn to utilize research in multiple contexts.
  • Understand academic research and writing.
  • Learn to respond to and create compositions that are multimodal.
  • Think critically and engage in discussion and collaboration with others.
