Monumental Architecture is lard man- made architecture made for people.

Luxor Temple is an example of monumental architecture from Egypt.
Red Pyramid, Step Pyramid of Djoser, Pyramids of Giza are other examples.
These structures are temples and tombs. They are very large and all,
are man-made.
All these structures still exist and are visited by tourists in Egypts.

I think the most important architecture is the Great Sphinx.
Its located in the Giza plateau and was made,

Cateran Baptistery is an example of monumental architecture.
Santa Costanza,and Santa Maria Maggiore are examples.
These structures are in Istanbul, Turkey.
All these structures still exist.
These buildings were temples, churches, and cathedrals.

I think the most important architecture was the Hagia Sophia.
I also think it is the most popular.
It's located in Istanbul, Turkey.

Both the civilizations used the structures in the same manner.
They both used it mainly as temples.
Egyptians were different because they used some structures as tombs.
The Byzantine Empire was different because it used some structures as cathedrals

MONUMENTAL ARCHITECTURE
The purpose for monumental architecture is for it to be used by people.
Its large and man made for it to be used by people.
My architecture from both civilizations fulfilled the purpose of monumental architecture.
