• Provide a summative report on the successes and challenges of 25 years of the CUNY Catch Program.

2. Use this report to provide evidence of CUNY's long history in supporting reentry. This data could allow CUNY to apply for the new Federal funding for post-secondary work with returning prisoners.

3. CUNY should not miss this opportunity to be a part of the new Federal efforts to increase post-secondary opportunities for returning prisoners.
