National youth association
Employed youth workers between the ages of 16-25 that were unemployed and looking for a job.
The association allowed for the young adults who needed money and had lots of time on their hands
Social security
This service provided payments for retired citizens and benefits for unemployed workers
The government help out the old citizens because they were unable to work and couldn't earn money
Works progress administration
Hired people in need of a job to build buildings around the city or just in a general area
Also some of the building that were built were schools,parks,roads and dams
Rural electrification administration
Helped Texas farmers get electricity to there farms and homes
Due to this many farmers were pleased with it and could do lots more
Soil conservation service
Was a service that was given to farmers who didn't know how to stop their crops from blowing away
Because of natural disasters the service was a very big help to the community
