• They recognised Jesus when he broke bread and blessed it
• They felt ecstatic when they realised it was him they spread the good news that Jesus had risen around Jerusalem

JESUS APPEARS TO THE DISCIPLES

• Jesus appeard to the disciples in a locked room
• The disciples were hiding behind locked doors
• Jesus greeted to disciples by saying "peace be with you"
• The disciples were thrilled when they realised Jesus was among them

DOUBTING THOMAS

• Thomas was not the first disciple Jesus appeard to
• Thomas did not believe Jesus had appeard to the disciples
• Jesus appeared to Thomas in a house in Jerusaalem
• Thomas said "my Lord and my god " when he realised he was present amount him
• Thomas was shocked and astonished when he realised Jesus was among him

LAKE TIBERIUS

• Jesus appeared to the disciples at lake Tiberius in galilee
• The disciples were out fishing
• They were feeling disappointed after the fishing trip
• The disciples did not recognise Jesus straight away
• Jesus broke bread and fish and shared
• The disciples were excited when they realised it was him
