AFGHANISTAN CONFLICTS

The Afghanistan Muhjahidee defended their country so successfully against the military might of the Soviet Union because Mikhail Gorbachev the new leader of the Soviet Union wanted the war to end so he sighed a paper to call off the war

Another way how they defeated the military might of Soviet Union is they had good hiding places in the mountains and the mountains blocked the bullets that were shot

There was also another way that they defeated them is they were killing so many people that they called the war to be over

The last reason why they defeated them is because they had a weak leader that didn't want to fight to the end and see who wins

THESE ARE MY THOUGHTS ABOUT THE AFGHANISTAN WAR

• I think that Mikhail was smart to call of the world by signing off the paper and this helped by not killing a lot of people and I am happy that there were some survivors
• I'm glad that the Afghanistan war is not still a war that is still going on today because that would have be scary.
• When you think of it why did they even start this war. Just because they did not like the new government laws because most of them were against their religion then they just created a new group called themselves mujahideen
