1. House of representatives: 435 representatives, based on census.

Bill is introduced and presented to committee in House of Representatives.
Committee considers, examines, finds worthy and sends to floor.
changes made in the floor(h), bill debated, 3/5 votes and approved(s).
Approved then send to other house(Senate), steps 1-3, then up for debate.
Both houses debate & agree on bill, sent for president approval, veto/pass.

Executive: Veto the laws(legislative), appoint judges/officials(judicial).
Judicial: determine laws unconstitutional(Legislative)
Judicial: determine president's actions unconstitutional(executive).

Balance power between the three.
One never as strong as the two combined.
Prevent corruption or abused of power by branches.
Sets in motion proper management of their role.
Allow the three to check the power of each other.
