  • Keep goals simple, specific, and realistic
  • List ways to achieve goals and keep accurate records to monitor progress
  • Surround yourself with those who will help you achieve goals
  • Be flexible... Be able to reevaluate progress based on timeline to achieve goals
  • Be POSITIVE and reward yourself in a HEALTHY way when you achieve your goals

  • Satisfying: you should feel good when you reach your goals
  • Sensible: Set realistic goals that you can REALLY achieve
  • Similar: Set small goals that work together to achieve the big goal
