PHYSICAL HEALTH
Physical heath is the way you take care of your body,Some examples of this is working out,eating healthy food,sleeping early,even just getting off your seat to take a nice walk out side could help.If you take some physical changes it could effect you life,sometimes in a good way,sometimes in a bad way.If you can keep up with this life,you will have a good health path coming your way.

SOCIAL HEALTH
Kids need friends and even over to feel comfort and a feeling of having fun,friends also give good advice if you are ever having trouble they will always be there for you.Some friends could even help you through depression.Lovers comfort you and make you feel good about yourself they will always be on your side and always willing to make you feel happy.Talking skill help you achieve making friends.If you have no friends you have nobody to talk to you and understand you which make a child sad they have no one to comfort them and they have feeling of sadness and confusion.This is why its important to have social health so that you can keep you stability and stay sane.

MENTAL HEALTH
Mental health is sometimes confused with social but its completely different in many ways.Your mental health is very important because you can fall apart if you don't have this.A lot of people have lost their mental health mostly due to depression and relation ship problems.Lot and Lots of teens hurt themselves or even take their own life because of their friend,their family,and their lovers,this cause a teen to be confused and drown in depression,this causes a teen to think they have nothing else to live for and take their own life.This is why mental health is very needed for a person to have a good life with good health.If you can maintain having mental health then you keep a healthy life.

IDEAL HEALTH
Idea health is the health you should be having if you want perfect health and a good life.It is having a balance of all three Physical,Social,and Mental health.You cant go with out these balances you cant live with one missing its just not healthy.
