Jan Van Eyck

A painter of the ages, and aspiring Oil Painter as well.

To go into his self portrait he paints a man wearing a red cloth on his head (a hat) and he adds all of the imperfections and little details to elude that not everything is perfect and he himself isn’t godlike but onto him is a normal man.

He was born In circa 1390 1390 in Belgium (Maaseik, Belgium to be exact).
