WHY I CHOSE THIS TOPIC

  • Only 3 women have gone to space
  • Even monkey went before a human
  • After doctors and scientists study what the solar radiation did to her body they might be able to make a more protective space suit for women

WHAT LENS

  • Historical
  • Because only 3 women have made it into space
  • Also because if they are able to make a more protective space suit for females more women will be able to go and women going into space will be as exciting as when a man goes.

FUN FACTS!

  • The record for most days in space is Peggy Whitson with 665 days in space
  • Christina Koch volunteered for this long duration mission
  • NASA flight surgeons and scientists will pore over the changes to her body in the same way they studied Mr.Kelly and Ms. Whiston
  • Another record holder is Scott Kelly with 520 or 346 days in space (different places say different things)
