Harp seal
Harp seals are white when they are a baby and gray as an adult. The baby's are attacked by people called clubbers. The adults are sometimes safe from the clubbers.

Harp seal killers
There are many thing that kill harp seals. They are clubbers, orcas, polar bears, and sharks. The clubbers have clubs that they use to kill baby harp seal (pup). The orcas team up on the seals and kill them the seals. Poler bares like to eat the seals because of they are good to eat. Sharks main prey are seals, the great white sharks feed on Hawaiian monk seals and many other seals.

The harp seals first stage of their life is the yellow jacket stage.The next stage of life is the weight fur stage. The first 2 to 3 weeks then they are on their own. The seals start to get black spots. Soon the seals are adults. The adults are gray and when they have babies they protect their pups. The seals can live long lives or short lives. The can die as a baby or die at 30 to 35 years old.

Protecting The Seals
The seals are threatened in many ways. The seals already being threatened by orcas, polar bear, and sharks. Clubbers add more danger to the seals. Clubbers only kill baby harp seals. The clubbers will kill the mothers that protect their pups. The clubbers kill harp seal only for their fur and sometimes meat. The only way to stop the hy risk of getting killed is stop clubbing. The seals are killed when the moms leave to Greenland.

Food
Harp seals eat 67 different kinds of fish in the arctic. Adult harp seal like to eat arctic cod, krill, prawns, shrimp and amphipods.
