OPERATE BEING PRESENT

If YOU STAY IN THE CURRENT STATE

  • You will become more detached and set yourself up for disappointment.
  • You will be pulled towards unnecessary negativity and make you stressed, angry and sad.
  • You will miss the enjoyment and experiences of life.
  • The problems will escalate and become bigger and bigger and potentially miss out on life.

ONCE YOU MAKE THEM

  • You will have more laughter and a playful outlook.
  • You will become more honest & open with communication at home and at work.
  • You will Vastly increase your confidence and conviction in leading others.
  • You will have a greater capacity for a genuine emotional connection with others.
  • You will have more concentration, focus and attention to detail especially under pressure.

To be present, you must learn how to control that which is actually in your control – you, your thoughts, visions, plans and actions!

Instant food, good weather, smooth traffic, an impressed boss, a happy spouse, the client saying yes, the car starting – none of these are completely under your control.

There are a range of different techniques that help with being in a present state.

We can’t go back in time with a time machine or travel into the future

Traditional Buddhists have taken years to master the art of meditation and unless you are a master it will be difficult to distract your mind

HOWEVER, IF YOU MAKE THE SHIFT

We asked the subjects how they were feeling after the meditation they responded feeling relaxed, calm and an overall sense of well being.

It's not about switching off the mind or thinking of nothing it's about surrendering to the process while enabling the bodies wisdom to heal itself.

  • Diet e.g. Eating more vegetables
  • Watching less TV
  • Dimming lights at night

  • Reducing stimulants

There are many areas to consider, including environmental, biological, behavioural and cognitive as well as mindfulness that the vast majority of women haven't exhausted the natural options yet.

By training yourself to incorporate a more natural approach of self care to help minimise the bodies stress and improve your body’s natural flow so you can sustain your health enabling you to enjoy your life.
