Green

  • Conceptual and Analytical
  • Green says "I seek knowledge and understanding. I live life by my own standard.
  • Works best by themselves. I am easily bored if the topic doesn't interest me
  • Values: objectivity independence, competence, orientation towards the future, intelligence, complexity, truth and quality

Blue

  • Compassionate and Amiable
  • Blue Says " I need to feel unique and authentic. I look for meaning and significance in life
  • Work: I like to be with people, sharing with them
  • Values: creativity, warm and genuine human contact, individuality, understand other and being understood, personal growth, self esteem

Orange

  • Courageous and Expressive
  • Orange Says "I act on a moment's notice. I need fun, vareity, stimulation and excitment
  • Work: I need to be "hands on"; I like to play games, to compete and perform. I can be direct and like immediate results
  • Values: action, freedom, Play, variety, excitment, completing tasks quickly, skillfullness, leaning by experience, competition

Gold

  • Driver and Conventional
  • Gold Says " I follow the rules and respect authority. I need to feel useful and belong
  • Work: I like to set routines and organize ways of doing things. I need to know what is expected of me
  • Value: security, orderliness, stability, reliability, obedience, accuracy, fairness, doing things for others

  • Green - very careful in choose their words; expresses ideas more tentatively and qualifies them
