Education Reform, like No Child Left Behind, has changed the landscape of public education in America.

However, many are staying. This book explores the stories of teachers who decided to stay and why.

While their backgrounds and stories differ, we can identify common threads.

Happiness. They Teach because those "ah-ha" moments make them happy (pg. 127).

Possibility. They teach because within the challenges lie possibilities (pg. 121).

Advocacy. They teach so students and their families have an advocate.

Hope. They teach to inspire hope within their students.
