  • Reduce the signs of aging
  • Caused by dehydration of our CT
  • Developed by a manual therapist as homework
  • To maintain the changes she was creating with her hands

WHAT IS STUCK STRESS

  • Cellular dehydration
  • From aging and respective postures & activities
  • Science now knows this dehydration occurs outside of the cells
  • The is your CT. Scaffolding-supports protects and stabilizes

SIGNS OF STUCK STRESS

  • Prepain signals we ignore
  • If you stay in this state of dehydration it leads to Low Grade inflammation
  • LGF leads to altering your NS and then your AP
  • AP is your stress regulator..... Leads to AP being unable to regulate you
  • Signs of this:midday fatigue, can't fall asleep, can't stay asleep, digestive problems then weight gain

SIGNS THAT STRESS HAS ACCUMULATED SO FAR INTO BODY IT CANT REGULATE

  • This accelerates our aging process and leads to disease
  • So what can we do---- most think drink water
  • But CT dehydration makes cells resist uptake of fluid
  • We have to stimulate fibroblasts to be able to uptake
  • Learn to Rebalance your AP to increase restore
