WHILE YOU MAY BE ASKING, WHY A NEW GOVERNMENT? THE ANSWERS ARE SIMPLE...
THE FIRST GOALS OF THE NEW GOVERNMENT WILL BE TO
WITH SUCH A SMALL POPULATION REMAINING
Equal rights will be given to everyone, whether white, black, Asian, heterosexual, homosexual, man, or woman. MUST be 18
THOSE WITH PRIO KNOWLEDGE OF GOVERNMENT/POLITICS AND LAW ENFORECEMENT
Will gather to help decide the new laws and best way to reestablish a government
THE ELECTORAL COLLEGE WILL BE THROWN AWAY AS NEW LEADERS ARE CHOOSEN
Instead popular vote will be used to choose these officials.
THERE WILL BE NO USE OF TERMS IN THE NEW GOVERNMENT
Instead the elected serve till 70% of the legal population (18+) feel that there needs to be a new offical
LAWS WILL BE CREATED BY ELECTED OFFICIALS AND THEN VOTED UPON BY THE PEOPLE
PUNISHMENT FOR LAW BREAKING WILL INCLUDE:
THE PREVIOUS CONSTITUTION WILL BE REESTABLISHED BUT MAY BE AMENDED WITH 70% OF ALL CITIZENS VOTES
Most rights and rules will remain but some removed (ex. 20th)
