Very simple process to get started.

GoFMLS is an APP, not a website


You must Download the GoFMLS app

Go to the App Store, or Google Play, or Marketplace, or wherever you normally download apps to your device.

Login to GoFMLS using your
Regular FMLS Username and
Password

3 ways to search

Draw an area on the map using your finger or stylus

Enter an Address, City, Zip Code or FMLS#

Or tap the location icon in the upper right corner to display your current position on the Map

4 colored flags will display in GoFMLS

Colors are a little different than Fusion

Blue Flag is an Active Listing
Green is Open House
Red is Inactive (Sold, Pending, Contingent)
Blue with an arrow, price change

You can tap the tab at the bottom of the screen to open a full screen where you can view the listing data

You can also view favorites by clicking the star

You can communicate directly with your clients using GoFMLS

You, the Agent, can SHARE the app with your client by sending them an email with the link to GOFMLS.

Then you and the client can communicate back and forth sharing properties, messages, etc.

Open Menu by clicking on tab in upper left corner of screen

View saved searches from GoFMLS, or Fusion Saved Custom Seaches!

The Search Homepage will be branded with the agents information, photo, phone number etc.

This information pulls over from FMLS so always make sure your roster info is current.

Use the Near Me function to display your Current Location

Search for properties located close to your current location

You can use your finger or a stylus to draw on the map to find properties within that area.

You can draw any shape: circle, rectangle , square, or get creative like I have and draw a flower!

If you don't close the shape you are drawing by connecting the lines, the software closes the shape for you!

If you click on pin/flag on the map, it will open the full details for that property.

You can view the full details of a property.

Full page photos

You can scroll from one property to the other by clicking the photo at the top of the page for full details of each property

Bottom right of screen you can view the agents contact info, share the property or get driving directions

You can select Turn by Turn directions to selected properties. Or display an overview of the route on the map.

If you click the contact link, the system will display the listing agents name, phone number and email address for quick reference.

You can share a property via email, text message, Twitter, Facebook, or save a copy to your device

By clicking on the Listing Agents email address, the FMLS # and address pre-populates in the email screen. With a message that reads,
"Please contact me with information on this listing"

Very quick way to obtain additional info on a property
