PRE CHECK PROCESS

• Check blades for sharpness and stability. Also clear any rust from the blades.
• Use only blades recommended by the manufacturer
• Insure the blade flange fits in the arbor hole.
• Adjust angle and depth of cut
• Always complete these steps while the tool is not plugged in.

MOST CUTS WILL BE MADE WITH THE GUIDE WALL AT 90 DEGREES.

NEVER SET THE BLADES TO MORE THAN A 1/8" CUT.

WHILE USING THE JOINTER....

Never stand directly in front of or behind the jointer.

Never remove wood chips from the exhaust port with your hands

ALWAYS US A PUSH STICK AND PUSH BLOCK

Never use only your hands to push wood through jointer.

Never cut a pice of wood narrower or thinner than 3/4"and no less than 12" long.
