We're originally made in Breton France. But are now made across the world

Ingredients
2 large eggs
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup water
1 cup flour
3 tablespoons melted butter
Butter, for coating the pan

Chocolate crepes recipe
4 large eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tablespoons sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons unsalted butter

How to make them
Take a small non-stick pan and put a little bit of batter in the middle and swirl it around until even throughout the pan. Flip after 30 seconds

Ways to roll:
Stack one then spread frosting or cream and stack and repeat.
Can also roll them up one at a time and eat like a Swiss roll are the most popular

Spread filling all over the crepe. Fold the crepe in half. fold it in half one more time. You can leave it as is, or fold it in half one more time
