Health improves with regular physical activity!

Aim for 150 minutes a week.  Activity should be hard enough to increase breathing and heart rate, but still talk.

Mental health improves

Less stress and depression, better mood, better sleep, less dementia and Alzheimer's Disease, and more energy!

Physical health improves:

Less heart disease, stroke, diabetes, cancer, high blood pressure. Stronger bones and muscles.

House and yard work may count

as long has heart rate and breathing increase enough.

Work may count

as long has heart rate and breathing increase enough.
