Daily Life

  • The female people in the household make seed cake,and then they send their child to go deliver the cake to their neighbor.
  • The male people didn't make cake, but they did go hunting.

Dinner

  • Irish soda bread is common at a Christmas dinner, so I will be making it for my extra credit.
  • Plum pudding, plenty of raisins, currants, spices, and bread crumbs as well as liberal portion of Irish Whiskey; seed cakes are in the formal Irish Christmas dinner.

Farmers Market

  • The people of Ireland would go to the farmer market; as if, that is all they had for the season.
  • They don't eat many sweets; although, they eat cake on Christmas.

Christmas Season

  • Before the Christmas season, people in Ireland have to prepare the Thanksgiving season.
  • Since Christmas is the best celebrated season of year, Thanksgiving is the second best celebrated season.

Food/Boxing Day

  • Unless some people don't like cake then they get bread.
  • If some people don't have family, they go to the boxing day thing.

  • Children in Ireland made the cake with their mom; whereas, we make it ourselves.
