Student Feedback

  • To do more smaller activities involving research
  • To really show the importance of using the school database system and how to better the use of noodletools because it really helped a lot this year.

student feedback

  • Step-by-step instructions & making sure that the students are understanding how to be a better researcher.
  • Before jumping into History Fair, have students practice researching a topic first and having it checked either by their teacher or a librarian.

did you enjoy researching more the second time, with WWII?

Did being in the library encourage you to use the librarians as a resource?

what research are you most proud of this year?

Next steps

  • more structure
  • work through topics - look at more that do not require special collections
  • Research workshops as a DI intervention for specific kids or by choice

Next steps

  • mini workshops on how to create the history fair projects (exhibits, websites, documentaries)
