Provided education and job for high school and college graduate (16-25 years old).
WHO AND HOW IT BENFITS
- It benefit high school and college graduate who were unemployed.
- Youths from 16 - 25 years could help their family.
In my opinion the program ended because It was to expensive and it did not help all unemployed young adults.
