ARTICLE:
The article I found is entitled, “Catalyst Study Exposes How Gender-Based Stereotyping Sabotages Women in the Workplace”. This article untangles the many different ways that gender stereotyping can hinder women in their search for an occupation. I view this article to be beneficial to my work to uncover how gender stereotypes are detrimental to both sexes.

RELATION TO NOVEL:
My article correlates to my novel because Jo March, an aspiring writer, is looked down upon. She gets hassle as she tries to break down the stereotypes of women being “ unable” or “ unfit “ to work or do important tasks.

CONCLUSION:
In conclusion, my article is a good fit for my essential question because it states what the problems in stereotyping are and also how to fix it. I believe gender stereotyping has absolutely has put a damper on how women are viewed in a workplace to this day.
