History

• Built by Abraham and Ishmael as shelter, rebuilt in 608CE, Cleansed by Muhammad in 629/630CE, Visited by Muhammad in 632CE.

Interesting Facts

• Kaaba was set on fire 683CE
• Black stone broke into pieces but was melded by silver
• Visitation only by Muslims
