3 Components

  • Physical
  • Social
  • Emotional (or Mental)

Physical

  • Pay attention to what you put into your body.
  • Must get at least 8 hours of sleep a night.
  • Always be safe and have protection in case of accidents.
  • Make sure the environment around you is safe for you and others.
  • Exercise or do an activity for an hour five times a week.

Social
You should have a good relationship with family, friends, others. If you have a good bond with people, then you won't feel lonely or left out.

Emotional

  • You should accept who you are and have the courage to speak out. ALso, don't stress a lot. When you have good emotional health you will be confident with yourself and have a mindset towards yourself.

Ideal Health- balance the 3

  • Balance is the key to good health.
  • You need to balance everything out, so that you will not feel overwhelmed.
  • If you are trying to deal with socializing and how you feel about yourself, balance will help not stress about that
