PREPARATION: PINEAPPLE
Cut leaves and base off using a sharp knife.
Rest the pineapple on its base and using a fruit
knife, slice the peel in a downwards sawing motion
to remove it, working your way round the whole fruit.
Remove any 'eyes' by cutting a small 'v' shaped +

PREPARATION: PINEAPPLE
+ grooves diagonally down either side of the
eyes, again working all the way around the fruit.
Cut into thin rounds, or cut lengthways into quarters,
remove the woody core and then into chunks.

It's very high in vitamin C & A, finer, potassium,
and calcium.
It contributes to our healh by strong bones,
healthy gums, heart health, digestion & acne.

Cut them into small pieces like in quarters
or chopping them into smaller pieces and
then letting them sit for 5 minutes beofre cooking.
