A non profit orgianization is an organization that does not earn money for its owners. all money that is earned or donated to the organization is donated towards the orgianzation's goals.

Working in non profits

people most like working for non profits because it is very fun amd rewarding work. soemthing that motivates non profit workers is seeing the faces of the people they help. Also when the orginization reaches a goal it is very rewarding for employees.
