  • Homework
  • School
  • Family members

psychological Fatigue can lead to

  • Chronic Stress
  • Mood Swings
  • Weight problems
  • Poor Judgement
  • Inability to Concentrate
  • Constant Worry
  • Depression

STRESS CAN CAUSE PATHOLOGICAL FATIGUE

pathological Fatigue can be caused by

  • Your immune system working too hard
  • Being Overweight
  • Diseases (Flu, Anemia, etc)
  • Alcohol
  • Drugs
  • Bad Nutritional Habits

Pathological fatigue can lead to

  • Weak Immune System
  • Heart Disease
  • Stroke
  • Weight loss
  • Drowsiness
  • Minor illness (Common Cold, Flu, etc)

SOME PEOPLE MIGHT THINK THAT MASLOW'S PYRAMID OF SUCCESS IS MORE IMPORTANT BUT EVERYBODY HAS STRESS AND WHETHER OR NOT YOU KNOW IT, STRESS CAN BE A VERY SERIOUS MATTER WHEN IT COMES TO THE POSSIBLE HARM OF YOUR PERSONAL HEALTH
