• The water treatment goals are to provide safe water
• The Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) was formed in 1974 to always provide clean water.

IMPACTS

• The impact it has for the Environment would be it provides clean water for us to use and for the fish

EFFECTS ON MINNESOTANS

• The effects it has on us would be that it provides us with cleaner lakes so we can fish
• It also provides us with clean water to bathe in or drink etc.
