Your team will be picking one of six possible engineering challenges.

You will all have the same options for materials but...

You will have to choose wisely what you will use because

You have a budget...

Let's look at your materials and cost sheet for your mystery build.

Your team will be given 10 shopping dollars

Procedure

• Choose challenge
• Complete the imagine and plan portion of your design sheet
• Bring the cost sheets to the supply station and collect the items needed to start building your mystery item.

Continued

• As you are building, if you discover that the materials chosen might not work or you may need more, you can purchase more as long as it fits your budget.
• The cost sheet will have to be altered and the final total changed before you revisit the store.

Continued

• You may trade in items that HAVE NOT been used in lieu of purchasing new items
• If you run out of money, you will have to find a way to get the structure built anyway!

Construction concludes by the end of class on Wednesday and presentations are made on Thursday
