Classification

• To make categories to distinguish people into "us and them by ethnicity , race ,religion ,or nationality.
• Example ,German and Jews, Hutsu and Tutsi, and Bipolar societies with out mixed races.

Symbolization

• Gives names, distinguishes them by their color, or symbols for groups.
• EXAMPLE: Yellow star for Jews from the Nazi.

Dehumanizations

• Group that denies humanity .
• The people they kill are not human to them so its okay.
• Radio Propaganda

Organizations

• Organized by militias or states.
• They have soldiers that are well trained and armed with weapons.
• Terrorist groups

Polarization

• Forbid intermarriage or social interaction.
• Diminishes, intimidates, and silences the place.

Preparation

• Death list are made (The Selection)
• Wearing symbols to identify who they are.

Extermination

• Quickly becomes the mass killing
• Not human murder but Extermination

Denial

• They burn the bodies, cover up all the evidence and they try to get the witnesses to say nothing.
• They say they didn't commit the crimes.
• Try to avoid crime investigations.
