two 1/2s =1 plain simple
1 divided by 6 =1/6!
a whole nunber divided by another number larger than it it it becomes a fraction
Also another way to think about it is for example 1 divided by 5 = put the number 1 next to 5 to get 1/5

Extenions
Although I've only been using the number 1 other numbers could be used and you could also use larger number than the dividable number
For example 8 divided by 5 = 8/5 and you convert that to an improper fraction

7.
Overall Steps
Divide
Put the fractions together to make the fraction (a cheating mode) or just use your knowings of fractions except with the improper fraction
with an improper fraction you would times the denominator by the whole number than add the numerator and keep the denominator the same
