FACTS ABOUT METALS

  • Is an element that is generally shiny
  • It is easily pulled into wires or hammered into sheets
  • A metal is a good conductor of electricity and thermal energy
  • All metals are certain physical properties

ALUMINUM

  • Aluminum's signature advantage over steal is that it doesn't rust.
  • But deep down, aluminum really is very reactive.
  • Powered aluminum is a basic ingredient in modern flash powder and rocket-fuel mixtures.
  • Aluminum oxide grinding disks are very common.

FACTA ABOUT NONMETALS

  • Are elements that have no metallic properties
  • Many Nonmetals are gases at room temperature
  • Poor conductors
  • Have no luster

SULFER

  • Many Sulfer compounds are unpleasant.
  • Sulfer smells bad.
  • Sulfer is very useful.
  • It's made from real easing burning coal and oil.
